I just purchased my 2nd truck at Capital Chevy in Shallotte today and both times were the best experiences I could ask for. I have known Jamey McGee for a while and he was the salesman for both purchases. You can't find a better man for the job or better person to connect with and deal with. Additionally, the Sales Manager Jack Donoghue helped along with Jamey to get to the number and details that worked for both of us and they made the entire deal quick and easy. Everyone at Capital Chevrolet in Shallotte are nice and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Capital Chevy for anyone looking for a new vehicle and I definitely recommend Jamey as your salesman.

Mylan the sales rep & Gary who did all the paperwork were awesome, I traded my 22 Silverado Custom for a 26 Z71 Silverado and the whole process only took about 2 1/2-3 hours , they were very helpful, got me a great deal and made sure I got what I deserved for my trade in , I'll never shop anywhere else for a New Chevy .... I have been to other locations that you have and have always had great service. At the Shallotte location, communication was poor!! Lots of texts and when I got call from you service dept and the tech told me what needs to be done, I asked him if under warranty and he said yes. Then I get a text that my vehicle is ready and it is over $2000 for the repair. The text the tech sent said I looked at it and authorized it, I never looked at it except for when it said it was ready. The tech at the end got it down to 800 some dollars. When I had the oil changed at another shop they noticed the issue and gave me estimate for repair but said probably covered under warranty so go to dealership. The price the other shop gave me was also some $800. I don't know if your communication was poor or you are playing the bait and switch price game. When I went your location in Myrtle Beach I had awesome service. I doubt I will return to this location for anything 6/12/26 UPDATE: Going to increase my star rating from one to four stars. Okay so our vehicle had a slow leak, the service was WAY better this. The communication was WAY better. Bill in the service department is excellent, our vehicle was ready sooner than promised.

We looked on line and found something we like. Took a drive over - met Wyatt who showed us some vehicles. Explained some differences and 2 hours later we drove out with the vehicle we wanted. Best experience.
