I'm a particular buyer — I researched this purchase to death and test drove 8 truck at 4 different dealers before committing. Over about a month Matt was very detail oriented, delivered on every promise, and went above and beyond on service. He helped me land exactly the right truck (a 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie Longhorn), the dealer gave me a very fair deal, and the truck had a full four-corner suspension job, new brakes, windshield, and wipers done in OEM parts before I picked it up. My wife and I drove it to Whitehorse, Yukon with zero worry. Even after the sale he's been giving me honest maintenance advice. As an out-of-town buyer, that kind of trust meant everything. The service department, never go here. I booked my car in for a easy oil change and a check into a few things. I was very clear I needed it back that same day as I have work the following day. I left my phone in the car by accident and called up and gave them my work phone number so they could get ahold of me. They never did. I tried calling them multiple times and no answer. They were closed the next day and I couldn't even get ahold of the sales department. I lost out on over 800 dollars that Sunday and they still demanded I paid them 400 bucks total joke. I paid and left I will never go there ever again. I worked in the car industry for 10 years I have never seen such incompetence. Still leaving the last part due to sales team for being good. I would just like to say a personal thankyou to Kyle Murphy and Goran Spataru you guys were great. As someone who has worked in dealerships for many years I can say these guys are honest and professional. They gave a fair trade value and great price on a F150 2023. The finance team is great and very knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a new or used car ask for Kyle today.
