Capital City Subaru made my first new car purchasing experience really great. Josh Simpson took the time locating and coordinating the transport of the 2026 Outback Touring I wanted to their dealership in only a few days. He kept me informed and communicated updates along the way; always responding back and working out any pricing details over the phone effortlessly. All sales and finance team members that assisted me were very easy to work with, helping streamline the purchasing process. I am very happy with the deal I got on my new car and look forward to having them service it in the future. 10/10 - I would recommend Capital City Subaru to anyone shopping for a car in the Concord area and trust they would have a positive experience regardless of their goals.

Best New car purchase I've ever had. The counter offer was really good. They honored everything thing they offered and didn't play any last minute games. Total final delivery appointment was maybe 40 minutes. Which half was waiting for insurance binder. Whole experience was painless. All personal were excellent to deal with.

I’ve been through the car shopping experience a dozen times and I must say my experience with Bri at Capital City Subaru was the quickest and most enjoyable vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. I always dread spending half a day sitting around while salespeople and managers hide and “crunch numbers” while I fill up on courtesy water. The trade-in value was exactly what I was expecting. Had a wonderful experience buying a new outback with them. My salesperson was Josh and he made the experience really smooth and enjoyable. We were speaking for avout a week over text/email and never put any pressure on me. Eventually I came in, test drove and made a deal same day and was able to drive off three hours later with my new car. 10/10 experience, and they even sent a little thank you gift that just arrived yesterday.
