Elijah (salesperson) assisted with the purchase of my used Rivian. The whole process was very quick, straight forward, and satisfying. I’d highly recommend asking to work with him if you’re planning on purchasing here. He was easy to talk to, didn’t try to pressure the sale, and answered every question and request for additional photos/videos very timely. The finance office was also incredibly easy to deal with and didn’t try to pressure me into adding a ton of warranty options that I wasn’t interested in. The sales manager was also very easy to talk to and negotiations were simple and efficient.

Over the weekend I had the pleasure of purchasing my dream car from this location! From the minute we pulled up to the minute we left, my husband and I were treated wonderfully by the Capital Ford team. Mike G. was extremely knowledgeable and patient as we reviewed our options, making us laugh along the way. This is the fifth car I've leased (first from here) and one of the first times I've left a dealership feeling like I made the absolute right decision, thanks to Bob! No one likes talking numbers and finances but he was direct, honest and made it a priority to get me down to a number that made sense within my budget. Honestly, the longest part of the process was me and my husband quadruple checking we were making the right choice. Even the finance team (a gentleman with a name that starts with an S!), did a thorough job explaining one last time what I was signing and agreeing to. I even took home some Bronco swag (that awesome hat pictured here) to wear while cruising around town! I'm truly so happy and thank everyone who made my millennial dreams come true!
