Purchased a truck from these guys back in 2020. Solid experience! However, just recently purchased a used 24 sierra elevation. Was sent a video of the truck (which was very dirty and hard to see the shape of the paint, etc.), and was called multiple times before I could even see the truck in person to try and push a sale. I did end up purchasing the truck (a 40km drive out of respect for how good the last deal was in 2020), and was told when I picked it up that they had no spare key and the spare key was somewhere with the old owner - still haven’t received it after more than 2 months. 2 days after purchasing the truck, I washed it to find 7-8 paint chips scattered across the tailgate, and a larger paint chip on the rear bumper, and the back of the cab. All of which could barely be seen only by screenshotting and zooming in to the max in the video (double checked the video after the fact to confirm they were there prior and I didn’t somehow wash all that paint off). I was told they put air in the tires when I picked it up, assuming that was normal, and proceeded to have to fill both driver’s side tires every couple of days before finding out they both needed to be patched. I lay a bit of this responsibility on myself for not looking super closely upon picking up the truck, but when paying the price one does for a next-to-new truck nowadays, you’d hope that info would be disclosed or fixed prior to payment and pickup. The salesman I dealt with (Samah) was awesome. The reason this is not a 1-star review. He was able to get me back in to have the paint chips fixed (they still missed the biggest one when fixing it). However, it’s been a frustrating couple of months to have to put more money and time into the vehicle I bought for peace of mind. Will likely be going elsewhere for the purchase of my next vehicle.

From the first moment I walked in the doors, the staff treated me great. I felt very comfortable and welcome. Great service all around. Sales staff and finance manager were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

We had a very pleasant vehicle buying experience at this dealership all because of a gentleman salesperson Sarabpreet. He was extremely polite knowledgeable and above all very accommodative of our needs and budget requirements, because of him we got a best deal we could get around after visiting many dealerships.
