My wife an I just bought our first Lincoln today and were absolutely blown away with the sales team here. Whenever we go to a dealership we honestly dread being approached by some aggressive overbearing salesperson but that was not the case here. From the minute that we arrived we we made to feel like valued customers. Aaron was our salesman and he did a great job getting us into the vehicle that we wanted. Overall it was the best vehicle buying experience that we've had.

Very displeased with the service at Capital Ford, we took our Ford work truck there to have the suspension, 4x4 and battery drain looked at, after 2 weeks they said it was repaired. We went to pick up the vehicle and discovered it would not start. This was extremely inconvenient as we are from out of town and took the day off to drive to Regina to pick up the truck. I was told that someone would call the next day, 3 business days later I called in myself and they knew nothing of it. This service is unacceptable and we will not be going back to Capital Ford for anything in the future. If we ran our business like they do we would be out of business!
