Totally painless process. There is nothing I hate more than buying a used car and all that goes along with it. The Motor group made it really simple and painless. Greg Was amazing to work with, no pressure just genuinely interested in finding us the right car at the right price. Enzo “the hustler” was equally amazing putting all the pieces together for us and making the whole process efficient. I got a great car in great condition at a great price. I can’t say enough good things, and I will look forward to shopping there again.

I will definitely recommend capital motor group to anybody with credit challenges because they were amazing in getting me financing for a used car after not being able to get approved to refinance my lease I had to now return it and was about to have no vehicle to get to work. The minute I stepped out my truck I was greeted by Harold who was great in helping get me in the truck I am in love 🥰 with my 2016 infinity QX80 he said with confidence you will get this car don’t stress anymore ur gonna get a call to come get it just watch and very next day was told I was approved and can get it Saturday. Got to my appointment sat and Harold was still with a customer so the friendly Greg jumped in to help get my paperwork expedited and was very helpful. Got to signing and the email wouldn’t come through so Mr tech savvy Crash sat there and tried to help by having it resent after having pepper as my last name in my email 🤣🤣 fixed the typo but still didn’t receive the email so the last most important part of the process was handled by the funny man of the dealership Paul who let me sit captain seat and use his personal computer. They all were phenomenal and worked so hard and well as a team. Thank you for getting me a rate better than my lease was you all are the best!

Just picked up a Subaru from Capital Motor Group and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I’m really happy with how everything turned out. The process had a lot of moving parts between insurance, registration, and trading in my old car, but the team worked with me to get everything handled. Joe helped get the deal going and stayed involved throughout the process. Greg was especially helpful stepping in and keeping things moving when I needed it—he made a stressful part of the process much smoother. Paul also made sure everything was finalized properly and that I was able to leave with the car fully set up. They also helped take my old car off my hands, which made things a lot easier for me. At the end of the day, I got the car I wanted and everything came together, so I appreciate the effort from the whole team to get it done. Would recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for a vehicle.
