Awful experience with this dealership, starting with their so called director, Adriana, finishing with sales person, Daniel. Hidden repair costs they won't disclosure, keeping me "hanging" for days without any infos on when the truck will be ready, I called 5 times to understand what's happening, they don't answer the calls, don't answer texts, nothing. Imagine the after sales service AFTER you buy one of their vehicles. Total lack of professionalism.

INCREDIBLE service by Joan and Guillaume, can’t be more satisfied. The long drive was definitely worth it. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care turned what could’ve been a simple visit into an outstanding experience. I’d do it again without hesitation. A perfect 5 star experience!

Great experience and highly recommended dealership! Best inventory in town, good location, great staff! They also have a used inventory office, I dealt with Bob and I recommend you go see him if you're looking for something used, otherwise for anything new you won't be disappointed with the showroom!! Happy to see this dealership is constantly growing!

I traveled to Quebec city last week, and found my caravan has weird constant noise form bottom back, as it is a safety concern I drove my car to this dealer without appointment and expect at least half day waiting and $$$ money for cost. However it went very smooth, they seems running very efficient, a lot of people at waiting room at first and it progress very fast, until my car fixed, it only took on and half hour, shorter than when I change engine oil at my home town dealer with appointment! The cost only $55 dollars as they discovered the cover of my exhaust system was the problem and they fixed without parts. I drove all the way back home to Ontario and for sure, noise disappeared. The staff also very helpful as I only speak English and they came over to help as needed. A very good experience!

Just bought a 2021 Durango RT online ,Sylvain helped me in all the process, fast reply in all msg , straight to deal , happy with them … Note : found out I bought this Durango I’m trading by Sylvain last year :) and by luck I’m dealing with him again :)
