Despite my credit challenges and being significantly upside down on my trade-in, Leona and the Finance Department spent hours working with multiple banks to secure financing that fit my needs. They were able to get my payment where I needed it to be with only $500 down. Leona truly went above and beyond and helped me get into the vehicle I had been wanting for a long time. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and stress-free. I would confidently recommend Leona to all of my friends and family. I had a great experience at Capitol Chevrolet and want to give a huge thank you to Marco, Tyler, and Ashton for making the process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. I came in at the very end of the month around 8 PM looking to trade in my truck and purchase a brand new Silverado, and the team immediately jumped into action to help make it happen. Marco and Tyler worked together as a great team — one focused on evaluating my trade while Marco handled the test drive, truck details, and sales paperwork to keep everything moving efficiently. The dealership atmosphere was honestly awesome. The Spurs were winning the Western Conference Championship, Latin music was playing throughout the sales floor, and the energy in the building was upbeat, lively, and welcoming even late intoe the evening. When I got into finance with Ashton, he was straightforward, professional, and really understood my situation and what I was trying to accomplish financially. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions honestly, and made the finance process quick and stress-free. Overall, this was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve had. The entire team stayed late, worked hard, and treated me with respect throughout the process. I had a fantastic experience at Capitol Chevrolet. I reside in Georgia, but found a great deal online for a Chevrolet Traverse that I wanted. I was able to work with them and get the out of state deal completed with minimal hiccups. Not I only did I receive a great price that beat out most dealers across the states, but the whole team from sales to finance and the managers were great to deal with. Special shout out to Alex my sales rep who kept me in the loop and made sure I was taken care of properly. Overall excellent experience that I would recommend to others!

So I just wanted to share my experience with the AMAZING Capitol Chevrolet. It started with me having a vision of something brand new as I knew my car was loosing value by the second. I quickly searched on their online website and was interested in a beautiful 2026 Silverado. Not even a minute later Alejandra Gomez reached out and listened to my interests and I explained I was nervous about them not buying my car as I may still owe too much for them. She explained don’t worry just come in and we’ll look at everything and the numbers and so forth. So she immediately scheduled me an appointment and I was in the store 30 minutes later. I was then greeted to the phenomenal Stephanie Zaldivar. Her smile and her energy is pure and she was a pure joy to work with. She was so patient with me. And extremely attentive always making sure I had the drinks and was comfortable. She heard and listened to what I wanted she and the team of Capitol Chevrolet made it happen. She explained everything greatly. She’s someone who cares! They worked with me on so many levels so I can go home with a new truck and I want to thank everyone here for there efforts! Lastly, I want to thank Jessie Polk for his shared time and his outstanding efforts with getting me a 3 year service package that was not included but he new I would have loved to have it so he went back and forth with his manager to work something out for me and they made that happen as well.
