Greetings, While the service itself was satisfactory, I am disappointed with how my coupon was handled. I located a valid coupon from the dealership online and informed the service representative shortly after turning in my vehicle. At that point, no work had begun on my truck, as the service department was waiting on me to provide a tool to unlock the lug nuts. Despite this, I was told the coupon could not be applied simply because I had already turned in the vehicle. This does not reflect good customer service. If the service had not yet started, there is no reasonable justification for refusing a valid coupon. Why are coupons advertised if customers are effectively prevented from using them during the service process? A simple question from the service representative—“Do you have any coupons you’d like to apply?”—would have completely avoided this issue. This experience appeared very dismissive toward customers who are trying to save money and take advantage of the promotions your dealership actively markets. I expect better consideration and clarity moving forward.

I went to one car lot and couldn’t get the vehicle I wanted, they gave me options but not what I wanted. I left went to Capitol Chevrolet and got the car of my choice, 2026 fully loaded Equinox, with no hesitation from them. I have been working with Mr. Danny Head with the service department at Capitol Chevrolet here in Montgomery for a while now. A taillight on my SUV needed to be replaced. The part came in pretty quickly. I was notified that the part had come in and to call to schedule the service. When I got there I was told pretty quickly about how long it would probably take to have the light changed. I asked for a ride to work. Mr. Head tried to get someone to take me and drop me off, however, there wasn't anyone immediately available. I was quite surprised when Mr. Head himself drove up and said I'll take you myself. After a while, Mr. Head called to let me know that the truck was ready. So of course I needed to be picked up from work and taken back to the location. Guess who picked me up??? Mr. Head!!!! He really truly went above and beyond providing services from the ordering of the part, to scheduling the service to him taking me to and from work that day.
