I recently purchased my first wrangler from Capitol. I have purchased 10+ new vehicles over the years and this was by far the fastest, smoothest, hassle free transaction I’ve had at a dealership. Everyone was fantastic at this dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Jimmy who was possibly the best Salesman I've ever worked with. I searched for weeks for the perfect ram 1500 and couldnt.find one i was 100% happy with. He showed us a beautiful 23' and within 10 minutes we knew we found the right truck. He can get the impossible accomplished and he is very funny as well. Couldn't be happier with our new truck and any new vehicles we purchase we will definitely come back to see Jimmy. If your gonna buy here ask for Jimmy, you won't be disappointed!!!

Of course this dealer responded saying after market starter and that was plug play install done from compustart that is best in the game. Doen after the engine light came on and the truck wouldnt start due to engine light being as the after market starter bypass it. This dealer do take responsibility and I had already emailed the vp of ram and had his team reach out. After market would not have been done if this truck did not have issues off the rip. I would stay far far away with how this service team handles safety issues they dont care of electric brakes come on while driving and almost causes crashes. 1st time I called they told me over a weeek out . V.s getting it in right away I purchased a 2026 Ram 1500 Laramie, and within 5 days of ownership—starting with just 53 miles—the truck hit 418 miles and the check engine light came on. At the same time, the electronic emergency brake applied itself while I was driving. I immediately contacted the dealership and was told to bring it in. Service claimed the code was “stored but not active,” yet when I pulled it myself, it showed as active and current. They said they ran tests, nothing failed, and then told me the system just needed to be cycled to clear the code. Nothing was repaired or replaced because they “couldn’t duplicate the issue.” I was also told I’d receive paperwork by email, which I never got. I do not feel safe driving a brand new truck where the electronic brake can randomly engage while driving, and the dealership cannot explain why. When I asked about a trade-out, I was told it doesn’t qualify unless there are more issues—despite the fact that this serious safety issue was never actually fixed. I now have an open case with Ram that’s been getting escalated, but my experience with this dealership has been terrible. Once they sell you a vehicle, they clearly don’t care. Service was dismissive and even told me this kind of issue is “normal” and not to bring it back unless it happens again. That is completely unacceptable. A vehicle applying the emergency brake on its own while driving is a major safety hazard. If that happens at highway speed, it could easily cause an accident. After years of owning Rams, this experience has me seriously considering switching brands. I would strongly recommend staying far away from this dealership—they do not prioritize customer safety, only the sale.

Adam was great to work with for our most recent vehicle purchase. I called on short notice while out shopping and he had the vehicle pulled up and ready when we get there. Pressure was very low and he was informed. The rest of the team was great to work with. Most of the negotiations happened on Adam’s day off but he picked right up and made sure all terms were completed and the vehicle was delivered seamlessly. Highly recommended and great communication.
