The guy sold us a lemon. Purchased a van because I needed another catering van. I was traveling to Alabama and purchased the van on a Friday evening. On Monday I put the van to get a maintenance check and to Verify the ticking sound I was hearing coming from the engine. Dealership that I am using for maintenance mentioned there’s some issues with the van engine. I contacted this dealership and explained what was going on and see how we can work this out. The guy refused to do anything and told me that this is not his problem. I haven’t had the vehicle at this point for a week, 3 days to be exact. We are working with the warranty company to see what they can do but as someone who has served my country honorably and faithfully I expected better. This guy attitude changed tremendous from when he was selling the vehicle. This dealership is dishonest and sells lemons. Do yourself a favor and please stay away. I plan on suing and will not stop until justice is served.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Frank is a terrible car salesman and a liar. I received a Kia from them. While test driving it. I heard a noise. Frank insured me it was nothing major and would have his guy take a look at it. I end up taking it to get a diagnostic at Firestone and found that the vehicle needed new everything. Suspension, rotors, brakes, tire, and there was something in the engine creating the loud noise. The price was close to $5000. I told Frank he told me his guy would take a look at it. Of course never did! Fast forward I come to pick up my plates and let Emelia know what is going on. She feels so bad for me the lady doesn’t even make me pay for the plates or anything. The car begins to shake uncontrollably. So bad that I was afraid to drive it. This resulted in me going back to walking and uber. I contacted the credit union they use for financing to let them know that I would not continue paying for a vehicle I can’t use. They told me to contact Frank again. I did so and every time I would tell them im calling to speak to Frank I would go on hold and mysteriously be hung up on. So I ubered there one day and was told he wasn’t there but they would have him call me …nothing. Fast forward a few months. Im getting tired of spending all this money on rides so I decide to drive the vehicle. As I was driving the right suspension of the vehicle completely gave out. Vehicle crashed and was totaled. So I contact the insurance company who they set me up with who I paid before leaving the car shop. I decided to pay the 6 months premium up or so I thought. Come to find out the Mexican insurance company they gave my money to who was suppose to Blue Shield or something representative said they only received payment for the first month. So now my car was uninsured this whole time after paying in full for a 6 month premium through them. Not to mention they gave me no information on who to contact in reference to the insurance Blue Shield had to give me the office which is how I found out it was some Spanish people. Now I am stuck with an auto loan for a vehicle I didn’t even get to utilize thanks to Frank and his establishment. Worst experience ever. He’s not a salesman. He’s a con artist. He’ll act like he will help you. But all and all once he gets his little chump change he doesn’t care. Sad especially in this type of economy right now. But live and learn and this is one mistake I’ll never make again. EVER. So if you want to save yourself the headache and debt dont bother here. Im paying $11,000 + on a 2014 Kia rio that you had to physically roll the windows up yourself. Oh forgot to mention air blew out 4 & 1/2 weeks after getting the car 😂.

Buying a car can be very stressful but Emilia & Frank made it their priority to get me and my baby into something affordable and most of all dependable. Don't let a dealership tell you, you can't get approved for a car these people work with all credit types, and i mean ALL! I was a complicated person when it came to my credit but like i said they got me approved!!! All you need is a down payment and a job. Go check them out.

They responded quickly to an online request about a vehicle. They were thorough in making sure the vehicle was right for me, and worked with me for proper financing. Very much an all around pleasant experience. Frank and Emilia took great good care of me! Definitely give them a chance, if there’s anyway it can happen, they will make sure it does! Definitely A+!!
