I recently purchased a vehicle from Steven at Car-On and had such a positive experience that I felt it was worth taking the time to write a review. I am a cautious consumer and definitely not an impulsive buyer. I can be reserved and deliberate. I like to take my time, ask questions, and think things through, and never once did I feel pressured or rushed. Steven respected that completely and gave me the space I needed to make my decision comfortably. What stood out most to me was how low-key, personable, accommodating, and genuinely pleasant he was throughout the entire process. Years ago, I had a challenging experience at this dealership and honestly never expected to return, but Steven’s service completely changed my impression of the place. As an older woman shopping for a vehicle, I was not always taken seriously at some of the other dealerships I visited. That was not the case here. I was treated professionally and respectfully from start to finish, and the entire process was smooth and painless. I would highly recommend seeking Steven out if you are looking to buy a vehicle. Steven gets bonus points for having most excellent pens! :)

Just purchased our new vehicle from the crew at Car-on auto! Everyone was great, friendly and easy to speak with. He is bilingual, very kind, patient, and truly understands customers’ needs. He is also very knowledgeable about cars. I also had the pleasure of meeting Armin, who is outstanding in his work in finance. He clearly explained all the details of the financing process with great patience. I just picked up my new to me 4Runner at Car-On Auto Sales in Ottawa. The deal was done long distance so always a little worried when you don't get to actually see the car you are buying especially when it's used BUT the sales guy Aymane was super! Transparent gave me a video walk around the car all little issues were pointed out properly and when I got the it was exactly what I was expecting. No BS one price they gave me the all in price over the phone and the final bill was exactly that. Really happy i tool my time and made it south to see these folks A+ service and will definitely be back for my wife's car

I have had the best experience with Car On. Thanks to Steve and Oliver. I was very anxious about this purchase because I live out of the area, I didn’t even know this company existed. They did a great job to remain friendly and patient while helping me through this purchase. Steve and Oliver were both very quick to answer any and all of my questions basically any time of day. Their response time proved to be immeasurable. I almost decided to switch cars after everything had been finalized. They walked me through would that process would be like and didn’t try to force or influence me to make any decisions that were not my own. I have read many mixed reviews on this company but decided to see for myself what the experience would be like and I am glad that I did. I truly believe this was the best decision I could have made. The day before my car was to be delivered to me they discovered I owed an immense amount of parking fines. Again they remained kind patient and understanding and gave me the time I needed to resolve and clear these fines. Once this had been taken care of they took no time to hesitate and had my car delivered the next day. I really thought after all my trouble and having them back out of my delivery date they would have taken longer to get it to me. My car arrived safely to me without any issues and it looks better in person than it did online. I have watched other people like my husband purchase cars from other dealerships and I have seen how uncomfortable and stressful it can be, other dealerships make it very clear they just want to make a sale and be onto the next customer. Car On was the antithesis of that. Thank you guys so much I love my new car! 2021 Toyota Highlander!
