Kuzey was extremely professional and very friendly. My situation was definitely complicated and he worked with me calmly and diligently to get my dream truck in my driveway. On my end there was many complications along the way and he came up with practical solutions very quickly. I am very happy with my experience with Kuzey. I put in deposit for a car, but later on I decided not to buy it due to a concern from my wife regarding the previous repair history. I was ok about the previous repair, but my wife wasn’t comfortable driving it…Because she will be the principal driver, I respect her opinion. I mentioned this to Kuzey and his respond was quick and comforting: “I am not selling you a car that you are not comfortable with, we will give you back the deposit.” Surely, I received my deposit back within two hours.
