We went there for my daughter's first vehicle. Wonderful experience with wonderful staff. We had an issue with car 4 days after the purchase. They were so sweet and helped us out. Highly recommend them. Wonderful people to work with.

They have a worker in here named Jennifer. She is extremely rude. If you’re looking for anybody here I would recommend anybody else but her. I always make sure my payments are made within a a payment timeframe They were completely unreasonable because I have fell 9 days behind on my vehicle payment Due to inflation and high gas prices it’s hard to stick with these high payments. They stick you with if you buy a car here you better have the funds to back your vehicle payment up with or they will threaten you repossession on your vehicle after seven days of being late. They will also charge you a six dollar Fee to make payment payments with your card I highly recommend that you pay with cash only If you’re going to Have a car payment here I had to make two different card payments and they charged me an additional $14 on my next car payment I believe this dealership is about getting down payments and repossessing to receive their property right back Some people will take it as a stop and go scam At least that’s how I feel about it Jennifer also was extremely rude and asked me if I had a job When I told her that I did, she got extremely rude and told me that being that I didn’t have the six dollar card fee payment she added $14 onto my next vehicle payment Because I was not charged for it this morning when I made my first original payment this morning And then she looked at me real snobby like and said well I’m going to add this to your vehicle payment and then she got really upset when I was in there to make a payment she started to slam her phone onto the wall And then looked at me and said your receipt is over there in the printer If only you all could seen how rude she was, there would not be much business here I can tell you that much as a business owner I do my best to make sure I’m respectful and I try to make sure that my truck payments are made. It’s one thing that I take pride in. I am shameful to admit that my truck payment did fall behind We all struggle once in a while, but that doesn’t mean You have to treat your customers this way but I also forgot to mention they also have a sister lot called car genic They’re basically owned by the same people I’m just trying to prepare you all so you don’t end up in the same headache that I’m in Believe me, I don’t like posting about a person’s business But me as a business owner, I wouldn’t let this stand I’ve seen a lot of companies these days that higher Employees like this Something’s gotta change If you appreciate and take pride in your job there Is no reason for you to get rude and hateful with a customer If you don’t like the job, you need to find something that suits you better This is a place of business, not for paying customers to be Treated rude And treat them like They are beneath you we are all human beings and we all should be treated Equally as such

My mom purchased a car and couldn't afford insurance and they handled it amazingly. They refunded her down-payment and was super helpful. I will definitely be recommending them.
