Great Experience Cardenas BMW dealership. To be honest, I never travel down to Harlingen, TX. For some reason, I found the perfect car at Cardenas BMW. The process takes about 7 days, Mr. Connor was really helpful, making the car-buying process smooth and stress-free. Mr. Cardenas and Connor listened to my needs and helped me to get the car delivered for FREE and with transparent pricing and easy financing. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a good reputation dealership.

WORST DEALERSHIP IVE BEEN TO hands down!!!! Service department are rude as hell, walked around the whole ghost dealership while waiting for my BMW to be serviced and NOT ONE employee from BMW or Mazda came out to ask if I was interested in a vehicle….. the facilities are HORRENDOUS! Falling apart , there was a damn chicken in the BMW lobby…… I came here from Brownsville because it was closer than BMW McAllen but there is no comparison the restroom in BMW McAllen is better place to be than the entire facility at Cardenas! I believe these 5 star ratings are family and friends not actual customers!!!! No real lobby for service customers….
