We had a very positive experience at Cardinal Buick...Ryan took care of us... He was patient, he was professionaland he was not pushy. We challenged all of the staff there with our questions and the financing and everyone that we interacted with was so very professional. Hello, I had a great experience with my sales person the service department is another question the agent that serves me Miranda was a great person, but I received the wrong tire for my truck and there were some other things going on that I’d rather not talk about but not a great experience, but it was resolved. Dropped my vehicle on Thursday prior to me departing for vacation for 5 days and made an appointment for the 55k service and added an additional service of changing fluid in motors, and when I returned to pickup, only the additional service was completed. So I had to come back the next day to pickup my truck. Positively the work performed was done at a high level.
We got the pleasure of working with Ryan P who found us a perfect new GMC Terrain! He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with us as we took a bit of time to make our decision. We truly appreciate how above and beyond her went for us!! Definitely recommend him! We also worked with Jace in the finance department. Another solid employee!! He too was patient and professional, and answered all any and all of our questions! He made the paperwork as painless as possible! Overall great experience with Cardinal Buick!
