Ari, is the best, he played with my kiddos while we waited and kept them entertained, which is no easy task lol!! Buyer beware! They sold me this truck in July 2025. After a day or so at home I noticed the front end looked off. You could push the front grill in all the way on the passenger side. Something was obviously wrong. After an initial bad review, they said they'd made it right. I took it up there and believed they'd make it right. After a day, it was fixed!... if only that were true. It still wasn't the same as the driver's side, but we just went on with life. Last week I noticed I was leaking coolant. It was easier for me to take it to Moses GM service rather than to Hurricane. These are the photos he sent me of the "fix" that Cardinal did. A scrap piece of metal with holes drilled into it acting as a make-shift "bracket". I can only assume this was all Brian Meadows doing. He is the service manager and the one who said he would "take care of us and make sure we were happy". Well Brian and crew, here is your handy work. Moses even seemed to think it was your scrap metal that caused the radiator to crack. I really hope at least one person reads this review and decides to buy elsewhere, because that's what you all deserve. Also, this review was written more than 24 hours AFTER I sent an email with photos to the entire management team. I got NO reply. Folks, Cardinal will screw you. Don't do business with them.

I am buying a new car from Cardinal Chevrolet Friday. After a year long search. I have decided to go there. One of the salesmen, James has consistently said Good morning for months on end. Every day. I may go 2 weeks and not answer, but he said Good morning and called me by name every single day. He actively searched for what I wanted. I finally decided on a new vehicle today. They are even coming to get me and I live close to an hour away. Between James and the awsome warranty they offer on new vehicles. ..I was sold. Ive been dealing with about 10 different dealerships the months ive been shopping. Im not an easy sale. This dealership has won my buisness. James. ..youre persistent but not pushy. It paid off. 🩷
