I have been apart of Mazda for 10+ years. Sent an inquiry & had an appointment asap. I’m moving cross country, needed a car & they got me right & fast! This was my first time purchasing a car. Ana made it extremely easy to do. She was very thorough & tried her BEST to get me the car I wanted. I am beyond happy! (You also get a Bundt cake when you purchase & that’s like the cutest thing bro😭) Bree & Decker are such wonderful employees as well. Please get Bree some business cards. She’s great at customer service! She should definitely have a phone line as well. I’m rooting for my good sis. You can tell the company cares for their customers. I've been to plenty of dealerships and Mazda by far has been the best service I've had. Ana was amazing, knowledgeable, very helpful and overall a kind person. We came in not expecting to purchase a car rather to have them buy my vehicle. But Ana was such a help with everything she slowed down the process explained everything thoroughly and showed us a couple of cars when we decided we'd found the one. We purchased a cx50 and it is an amazing mom/family car. Ana didn't make us feel pressured to purchasing like other dealers do rather she made us feel comfortable. We actually enjoyed our time with her. She always has a smile on her face and even though she had other customers she was still able to help us as well. So, thank you Ana and thank you Bree for checking up on us and making sure we feel welcomed.

Just purchased my brand new CX-50 from the best Mazda dealership I’ve ever been to. I’ve been leasing Mazda for a while now and this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Sales representative BEKA was personable, honest straightforward, patient & transparent through the whole process. This was a very smooth transaction. Great suv and all people were great to work with are cells personn's bianna? It was great. She made it feel like a family. There's so many dealerships aren't like that. I really appreciated, so did my wife and yes, I'd buy another car from carnellie, our office Sahara. The whole team was great.
