I recently purchased a truck at Carfellas, and I honestly went in dreading it. Usually when you step into a dealership, you’re prepared to be stuck there for hours. That was not the case here at all. Chad made the whole process quick and easy. From the test drive to signing the drive off, everything was done in about an hour and a half. I couldn’t believe how smooth it was. Chad was personable, explained everything clearly, and made sure I could see and hear what he was doing on my behalf the entire time. There was no guessing, no pressure, just straightforward, honest service. I highly recommend Carfellas if you’re looking for a hassle-free car buying experience.

My experience here was a breeze. I had several vehicles throughout the state that I was checking out for a while. My attention kept redirecting to the vehicle that I ultimately purchased here at CarFellas. I reached out via text, received a prompt response and set up a time to view the car. I was SO RELIEVED that I wasn’t bombarded by salespeople here. I had literally been CHASED down in my car by 4 salesmen at various dealerships where I live. . Chad is the one who helped me at CarFellas. He didn’t ask me any entrapping questions. In fact, as soon as I arrived, he introduced himself, handed me the keys to test drive and told me to drive safe. All I needed was the visual confirmation to begin with because I had already been eyeballing this car in particular for a decent amount of time. It was incredibly clean, priced below market value and wasn’t stacked with unnecessary fees and “packages.” We planned the purchase and he and another employee delivered it to me 2 hours away a few days later (on a weekday I might add.) I was introduced to a shop mechanic at the dealership, a woman in an adjacent office to Chad’s and the other man who delivered, all of whom were kind as well. Everyone was super laid back and not pushy at all. That’s a car buying experience that sticks out to me and will continue to do so. Thank you guys so much!
