I’ve purchased used cars from dealerships before, and this was by far the worst experience. I owned the vehicle for only a few days, and when it rained for the first time, I discovered major leaks coming from the roof (yes the sunroof was closed). I contacted the dealership immediately, and despite the issue appearing almost right away, they told me it was not their problem. They refused to fix it, blamed me, and offered no help at all. I’ve never dealt with a dealership that refused to take responsibility for a serious issue that showed up days after purchase. Based on how this was handled, I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership.

Awesome experience, staff went above and beyond to get the deal done quickly, got creative and figured out how I could get them paid so that I didn’t have to make the trip the next day to pick up the vehicle.
