I brought my vehicle in on April 2, 2026 for warranty service. During my visit, I was offered a paid detailing service, which I accepted. Unfortunately, the result was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of money!!! This was, without question, the poorest detailing job I have ever experienced. The quality of work fell far below even basic expectations, and the condition in which my vehicle was returned is unacceptable. The attached photos clearly reflect the lack of care and professionalism. Given the reputation and size of this dealership, I expected a much higher standard of service. Instead, I received work that appears careless and substandard. This experience has significantly impacted my trust and confidence. I will not be returning for detailing services and cannot recommend this service to others.
