Bought 2019 Mazda 3 GS 6 speed stick shift in November. Fair price and car was nicely detailed and new rotors/brakes exactly per agreement. Two items that demonstrate a reputable dealer; 1. Peter expressposted a second key that the previous dealership had provided them after I had picked up the car ( was quoted $ 275 to get one in London), and 2. Peter reached out to me PRIOR to 30 day warranty expired to check that I was happy with the car. Family run place - met his father also. Would recommend them. For any of us old school stick shift lovers, they had a number of options.

I purchased a vehicle here about 4 weeks ago. While I like the car, I am disappointed in the dealership's lack of attention to detail regarding their pre-sale service. Starting with the small things: the dealership attached my license plate using bare steel screws that were actively rusting and staining the paint on the trunk. It’s a minor detail, but easily avoidable. Much more concerning was the oil change. The engine oil was severely overfilled—inches past the max line on the dipstick. It was so overfilled that the oil aerated/foamed and the car actually threw a 'low oil pressure' code. I ended up having to drain the excess oil and correct the level myself to protect the engine. I expect better basic mechanical care from a dealership. I'd advise future buyers to double-check the fluid levels before driving off the lot.

Bought a 2017 Mazda 3 GT from Carimex. Great experience! After going to plenty of dealerships in the area and Toronto, this one was by far the best. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly, and I felt no pressure during the whole process.
