DO NOT BUY HERE. Sold a dangerous, fraudulent car that suffered a near-fatal failure. my mother bought a vehicle from this dealership two months ago. The staff explicitly admitted the car had pre-existing safety hazards—specifically the left inner/outer tie rods and failing brakes—and told her she had to pay extra money to fix them and inspection. They also completely hid a major prior crash, which I discovered because the aftermarket hood does not sit or latch safely.Despite regular maintenance (including checking and adding oil a week ago), the car suffered a catastrophic explosion while my mother was driving on I-80E right after the bridge right before the george n. craig travel plaza. The engine threw a rod, blew open the back of the motor, and completely SEVERED THE BRAKE LINES on the highway. She barely avoided a fatal crash at 74 years old no less and was left stranded at a highway rest stop with a destroyed engine and no brakes.When I reached out for help to safely retrieve her belongings and resolve this nightmare, the General Manager completely ignored my emergency messages and left us stranded.This dealership knowingly sells dangerous, un-inspected vehicles and hides prior accident histories and slips the fraudulent carfax out of the folder they give you so you cant prove it I am currently filing official auto fraud complaints with the State Attorney General and the DMV Licensing Division. Save your life and your money go ANYWHERE else. Help spread the word for everyones safety! Pictures show the hood misalignment, the catastrophic engine failure oil spots, the license plate that shows how much oil was all over the back hatch and no inspection stickers proving they wanted her to get it inspected so i told her not to and because of that it saved her evidence. They couldn't even remove the sticker!

Over the last 2 weeks, I had communicated with John in the sales department to try and work a deal on a GMC truck on their lot. They were extremely competitive on their pricing, significantly more aggressive than any other nearby dealers. While the cards didn't line up for the deal, I must say that he was extremely helpful and transparent through the entire process. No pushy tactics and let me work at my own pace. For this reason, I wrote this review, because that experience was a valued one for me. Most sales departments are eager for the sale and pressure you to decide quickly. Carlisle Buick GMC was great!

Worked with Donovan, he was excellent. Worked with me and met every need that I asked. Great dude and straightforward salesman. No BS. I wasn’t able to buy from him just to picking a different color. But I definitely would and I’d call him up first thing should I be looking in the future.

I’m usually not the type to leave reviews but my experience with Carlisle Cadillac Buick GMC was great. Maybe the best vehicle purchasing experience I’ve had. Adriano, my salesman, was super nice, friendly, and not pushy. We had a lot of laughs and he made it seem like we were old friends catching up. The rest of the team was great as well. I am very happy with my new purchase and the experience I had in Carlisle. I would definitely recommend this shop for your next new car/truck. Thanks guys!!

Buyers beware! We bought a Certified 2022 GMC Denali in December 2024. Tyler was incredible and made our buying experience quick and easy. Unfortunately, within a few months, we noticed an abnormal sound coming from the front suspension. We scheduled an appointment with the service department, drove 1.5 hours to get there. They gave us a rental car which had a terrible cigarette smell. Service had our truck for over 10 days and wouldn’t return our phone calls. We called multiple times and left messages. I finally was able to speak with the service manager only to find out they never touched the truck. I was asked to come back to test drive with a technician to diagnose the sound. We returned the rental and were told to reschedule to bring our truck back at a later time. We continued calling to reschedule the appointment, kept having to leave messages because it seemed they were screening our calls. Our one year certified warranty will expire in a few weeks and the problem still isn’t resolved. Tyler, you deserve better.
