Garrett Williams did an excellent job selling me my Lotus Emira recently. I've had my Alfa Romeo serviced at Carlock over the last 3 years. The entire team, especially Jack, has provided me the utmost care and concern for every issue. The provided me with a loaner when needed, dealt with the warranty issues, and made sure the car was clean and ready to go when service completed. I especially want to commend Jack on his patience and uber-professional approach to any and all issues my car had. Atticus, the Alfa tech, is an expert at what he does and completely finishes what he starts with precision. I give this group an A+++ for customer service and highest level mechanics for these temperamental Italian cars !

They have a variety of supercars like: Alfa Romeo, Maserati, Volvo, Lotus, Aston Martin, Rolls Royce, and Bentley. They are very nice people and have a lot to choose from and look at. I very much so recommend coming here to explore or buy a car if you’re rich enough.

I am currently on my second Alfa Romeo Stelvio; our first Alfa was the 4cyl 2.0L and we currently own the V6 2.9L Quadrifoglio. Both Alfa Romeo's that we owned have been regularly serviced and repaired by the team at Carlock. To say that those experiences have been exceptional would be an understatement. Over the past four years we've worked with several different service advisors; and each one has been a pleasure to work with. We've always felt seen and heard; and there has always been ample communication once our vehicle is in the bay. The mainstay, their service manager Michael, has made us feel like world class customers, even though we don't drive the highest brands that Carlock services. He has continually gone above and beyond in every situation; and has even made himself available when we've had after-hours crisis. While I understand why some dealer shops have gotten bad wraps through the years; Carlock has truly been the exception. Taking your car in for repairs (or service) can be stressful enough when you know something is amiss with your car; but this team has always put us at ease. Repairs have been managed efficiently; and effectively. Every time. The Alfa technician, Shawn, has personally walked me through repairs and services done, multiple times. I couldn't feel safer entrusting my car to the team at Carlock.
