I purchased a 2019 Mazda Cx5 for $19,240 on 03/14 2026. Engine light came on for a misfire on 04/29 2026. Hoped it was a spark plug or coil so I replaced those. Wrong. Entire engine replacement has been recommended on 05/20 2026. Quoted $8-10k. Their shop did an engine tune up right before I bought it. Highly suspicious in regards they did a fuel system service as well. It’s all connected. This dealership sold me a LEMON car and if I were you, I would choose a DIFFERENT dealership. Do not trust CARLOCK. Bottom line. This place isn’t worth your hard earned money
