I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in May. Approximately one month later, some serious safety issues came to light. The vehicle should have not passed the inspection that was done in January. This has been confirmed by another state inspector. The dealership will not do anything to correct this heinous wrongdoing. They said they had nothing to do with the inspection. That may be true, but you would think they would do everything possible to ensure that the vehicles they sell are safe to drive. Be very careful if you intend to buy a vehicle from this dealership. Have the vehicle fully inspected by a mechanic before you purchase it. I wish I had.

I bought the 2016 bmw 528i xdrive and it had busted cv boots and the engine light stayed on saying to add coolant they assured me that it was from a cap on the overflow falling into the container throwing off the sensor. I made several attempts to contact them through email and over the phone. When i finally got a response I told them I would like to exchange for another vehicle that would be safe to drive. He insisted I drive the car to them and I told them I didn’t feel comfortable doing that because I didn’t want to cause further damage to the car. He tells me he will trade the 11 infinity for the bmw however instead of the price listed he now wants 18,000 for it that he will take the bmw that I paid 11,500 cash for and I make payments on 7,000. Of course I declined and am warning anyone who dels with them to have your own mechanics look at their vehicles and also get a car fax report. The bmw had been in an accident as well and they have it listed that it hadn’t. They are scamming people and it’s sad because I had expressed to them I just wanted something safe for me and my child to ride in and this car is anything but that. Take your money and time else where this place buys at auction and patches the cars together to get them sold. Not a trustworthy dealer by any means.. if there were less than one star that would be my rating.

Save your time and money going here. Especially if you don’t have your own mechanic or you’re not knowledgeable on cars. They are out here selling cars that won’t pass inspection! They are con artists who get you to sign bogus papers to try and keep you from holding them accountable for their actions! Bought a car from them and the car is basically a lemon! Car won’t pass inspection because according to trusting mechanics this car has more repairs needed than the value of the car and it should have never passed inspection to be sold! I can’t even find inspection details for my car for Before they sold it to me. The salesman NAVEED took my car for two weeks pretending to “fix” my car and turns out he never did! Now after several reports this dealer is ignoring and refusing to hold themselves accountable for selling me a car that I can’t drive! They are true liars and scam artists that prey on women! After telling these bums I’m a single mother who relies on a vehicle to get around with my children they still gave me a car that is now ruining my life! And refusing to help! It’s sickening what these people are doing for money and I won’t let them get away with it! Sick people! Stay away from them!
