Carlot Hawaii

I bought a car about two months ago, and originally I was very skeptical, since I found them on facebook marketplace. They were able to give me a deal I could work with, and they were patient with me when I kept asking them over and over again if the car was ok. I recently took it to my mechanic to get the oil changed, and the mechanic performed a general inspection as well. True to their word, the car was in perfect running order, with nothing wrong with it. Suspension, brakes, transmission, battery, everything was perfect. I would highly recommend.

I just recently bought a 2008 Toyota Rav4 from Carlo’s Carlot. I came in to buy a different vehicle but it had been bought already so I was recommended this one by them. I was so excited about the find and the process was so smooth. Carlo is a great help and has offered to fix any problems with the car for me if needed. I came back in to the Carlot today to get an air conditioning piece fixed and I was in & out of there in 15 minutes. Carlo and his brother Jorge(George) were professional from start to finish. They didn’t just try to sell me a vehicle they made sure I was taken care of and comfortable with everything throughout the process. Even after the purchase, they continued to check in and make sure everything was good. That kind of customer service is rare. They truly make you feel like family, not just another customer. As someone in the military, I also appreciated how understanding and flexible they were with my situation. They really work with you and want to help.
