# Summary The dealership receives praise from most customers for its well-maintained vehicle selection, transparent service, and strong post-purchase support, with several reviewers highlighting professional staff and fair trade-in offers. However, significant complaints from other customers describe serious issues including delayed title processing, mishandled registration fees, engine problems, bounced checks, and unprofessional staff responses when issues arose.
This is one of the best dealerships that I have shop at , at 1st I saw some reviews but I was like if they able to help people after their purchase that mean they most be doing something right and to be honest that’s what I was looking for. With my old Infiniti the dealership that sold me the car never helped me I was told that the car was as is after couple months of owning it. But now I was able to trade it in with Peter at Carlux who not just put me in a new car but also took my last car at a very good price. I highly recommend this place their integrity is top notch…
they have an excellent selection of well-maintained vehicles. The car I bought was detailed to perfection and runs like a dream. I have it for over 18 months now, highly recommend for those looking for cheap and reliable cars
I had an amazing experience purchasing my car at CarLux! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was happy with my choice. The service was extremely great , fast, transparent, and stress-free. I highly recommend CarLux to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and outstanding customer service!
⚠️ Honest Review of My Experience — Please Read Before Buying! I bought a car from this dealership at the end of May, and just received my title four months later in October. Throughout this time, the seller continuously lied and gave false updates — claiming the title had been sent multiple times when it hadn’t. He even issued me two separate 60-day tags in different months instead of resolving the issue. My grandfather contacted him numerous times, but he was either ignored or fed more excuses. Eventually, my grandfather reached out to the DMV and Highway Patrol, who confirmed that the seller’s actions were completely wrong and illegal. They even stated that if we pursue this further, he could lose his license for how he’s been conducting business. When I purchased the vehicle, I also gave him money to handle registration, title transfer, and plate renewal — none of which he actually did. He later told my grandfather that the money was a “doc fee” and non-refundable, which is completely false. So not only did he fail to do his job, but he also kept the money meant for the DMV. This dealership is unprofessional, dishonest, and not trustworthy. He seemed nice and helpful at first, but it was all an act. Please be cautious — I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I did. Legal action will be taken. I sure hope it was all worth it 😘
Don’t buy here again do not do business with there people all they want to do is get your money. Will put up a front to get it then once they get it whatever lemon they sold you is your problem. I bought a red 2015 sonata from these people a couple days before Valentine’s Day. Was told everything is okay with the car actually believed these people cause of how well presented they were the salesman name is Peter. Within a month and a half the engine blew. Its about to be the first of may I still haven’t received my tags yet. Will be contacting the dmv as far as the dmv this week ain’t received my title or tags. I go to them hoping they will care or do something as far the issue. Peter and his manager talk crazy to me saying pretty much it’s my problem and told me to leave the lot. They eventually come outside and said they will pay for the labor. I take it to a mechanic I pay $180 for a diagnostic just to make sure it’s the engine and take the invoice to the dealer. He tells me it’s only 600 dollars for labor that’s even Honda costing for labor or I can take it to one of there personal mechanics close to there shop. In which I decline. Why would I trust for your people to fix my car when you already lied. So I accept the 600 in which the check they gave me bounced had to go back to the shop several times for them to release funds from there account to get the 600 dollars. There very very unprofessional what they do is buy cars from auctions fix them enough for someone to buy them then triple what they bought they bought the car for in which they dont fix the cars they selling. I check the car fax the car they sold me ain’t have an oil change since may of 2025 they bought the car from the auction and just topped it off with oil. Again please don’t buy from these scams.
