i am writing a review on this place because recently we took out car here, which minder we also bought it here, the guy who runs the desk starting telling us we didn't buy the car from this location just because he has never seen us... okay? we got a check engine light on the car, took it here. they told us it was maintenance that it needed, okay perfect got it done. invoice said spark plugs, oil change, and filter. oil level was super low below mininum... it had the same filter that was used on the last oil change, no good. they reset the light, came back a week later. the lady at the front told us it was step 1 of fixing the car. how are you going to take steps to fixing a car, what you have to do as a shop is diagnose the problem, test the parts that may be failing and not assume one of the parts is bad. LOOK FOR THE PROBLEM DONT ASSUME!!! now the car is sitting in the driveway not moving because it now has a mysterious grinding noise after taking the car to this dealer. now I have to spend way more money to fix the damn car that I cant even move. please take this review as a severe warning. thank you
Carmart in Brentwood is the best! Edwin was so helpful and kind throughout the whole process, I was able to walk away with a car sameday thanks to the help I receieved. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!
Edwin was the best salesman ever , came in left getting approved everything done in one spot plates and registration. No doubt I left happy he was not pushy like other dealers I’ve gone too.. 100% recommend EDWIN!! Thank you so much!
My experience was great. I wasn’t sure what I wanted at first but the workers came to helped me and it was great. I left there with a new car and with a great price. Definitely recommend this place to other if you are thinking about buying a new car
