A very positive first service experience! Very friendly service department staff. Service was completed in the time specified and I was given a detailed explanation (verbal and printout) of the work performed and items that we should be looking to in the next service interval. A very nice change from the service experiences I have endured at another Hyundai dealer east of Lindsay!

Let me start by saying we have bought approx 10 new vehicles in the past 15 years, from different manufactures. And in doing so have dealt with many dealers and sales people. This dealer has been 10x better to deal with from start to finish. They made everything so easy and really went above and beyond in every way. The product is good aswell. Even if your an hour or 2 away i highly suggest on making the trip. These guys are awesome, personable and super kind, and treat you like family!!! Special thanks to Colin and Jeff!!

I bought my 2020 Hyundai Veloster 1.6T a couple of weeks ago in Aurora, and I've been very excited about it. I spent a great deal of time online learning about the best maintenance schedule to keep my car happy for years to come. I thought I'd ask the folks at Lindsay Hyundai for their opinion on preventive maintenance. I asked about walnut blasting for carbon buildup in the cylinders which I had learned about on-line. I also asked about the oil feed tubes at the bottom of the turbo which have a reputation of deteriorating and damaging your turbo. Staff of the service desk answered: "That's not something you need to worry about. Get off the Internet and stop looking for problems." When I pressed him about cooling fluid and spark plugs he admitted that around 100,000 kms (my car is at 109,000 kms) those should be replaced. While I was initially surprised by his first response on reflection I get it. Preventive maintenance it's just that, it prevents future repairs. More maintenance means fewer repairs and less business for your shop. Your advice means more business for your shop while hoping that I will take you as the only truth in spite of all the information available online. Thanks for your sage advice but I prefer to take another approach. Namely, I prefer to do as much preventative maintenance as I can in order to prevent future costly repairs. Obviously you have a different approach. I'm glad I stopped in.

We recently purchased a Santa Fe at this dealership and everything went very smoothly. We went in knowing what we were after and they had it in stock. The staff is very friendly and welcoming (shout out to Harrison and Tamara that made our experience great) . Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to check them out!

Worst service I've ever had in 21 years of driving. Staff is ignorant, unhelpful and tell you blatant lies. Brought my car in for a simple fix but instead of fixing the problem they just took my car for joyride's ( without permission ) refused to address the issue and fix the problem even though it was under warranty. They had my car for 3 days did nothing and I had the same issue the very next week. Took my car to Ontario Hyundai in Whitby and they fixed the issue in less than 23 hours and the staff was amazing. What a difference!
