Carolina Auto Brokers of Hickory

Recently went with my daughter to Carolina Auto Brokers for her to purchase her first vehicle. Every car I've ever had I purchased from large dealerships. I am so glad that we choose to go here this time. It was a great experience to say the least! My daughter found what she was looking for right away so It was pretty quick. There were many nice vehicles to choose from! Next time I am looking for a vehicle or hear someone is looking I will be suggesting them!

Easy guys to deal with. Transaction was easy. The 2019 F350 I bought was sold to me as a one owner low mileage truck with a clean carfax. What they didn’t disclose to me before I bought this truck was it had a used engine installed with unknown miles. When I got the truck back to my shop I went to service it and found all kinds of metal and brass shaving/pieces in the oil. They swore the oil was change when the engine was installed. I let them know and change the oil & filter. They also didn’t disclose the the truck had been in an accident of some sort because the left rear door set in way further than it should and I could see where they tried to shim it out. I put about 600 miles on the truck before it left me and my sone stranded on the side of the road. I called the car lot and informed them the truck shut down. At this point they did the right thing and took the truck back and refunded me. I would suggest if you are gonna purchase a vehicle from them have it thoroughly inspected and be very cautious as they weren’t honest with me upfront when the truck was purchased.

Had a great experience, workers were very friendly and treated me with the upmost respect. Thanks to them I drove away with a Ford F-150 Lariat. Trae Putnam was incredible help the whole time, my guy helped me buy my first truck so all I have is good words for him and the rest of the guys. Highly recommend!
