I recently purchased a car from this dealership and had an amazing experience. Owen helped me throughout the entire process, and he was absolutely great to work with. He answered all of my questions quickly, was extremely responsive, and always pleasant and professional. He made everything smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate his patience and honesty. I would definitely recommend this dealership — and especially Owen — to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Full transparency I've never bought a car from this company I'll talk to one of the people in Mooresville didn't seem like a bad guy the only reason I'm putting a review is because every time I'm looking at cars and one of those come up it's always overpriced by a lot I don't know if once you get in there to do business with them they'll come down off that price but when you can find the same car for 5 or $10,000 cheaper all day sometimes more than $10,000 cheaper then they would have to be coming down a lot so just wondering what y'all think. hould I even open my mouth 🤔

We went to look at a car on a Saturday. Made an offer that was accepted on Tuesday. Told the salesman that i could come back if needed on Wednesday to pay for it but that the coming Saturday was more convenient. He said Saturday was fine. Got the check from the bank as instructed. Texted on Saturday to let him know we were on our way with the check. He texted back that he was sorry but someone came in and bought it that morning and since I hadn't signed anything it was first come first serve. They didn't even tell me before I reached out to them that I was on my way (an hour and 15 minute drive). This is totally unprofessional and extremely disappointing. Think twice before purchasing, or trying to purchase from this dealership in Mooresville. They will probably sell your car to someone else or lie to you that you didn't need to come in sooner even thought you offered to do so.

** Buyer Beware. Have the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic. ** I struggle with this review, simply because it was such a seamless buying experience. I will preface this review further with admitting this is 100% my fault. I made an emotional purchase due to the fact they had the exact 2017 RS7 Performance I was looking for. I did not take the car to have it inspected by an outside shop and that has now come back to bite me. I believed buying from this dealership that they would have gone over the car to be certain it was mechanically sound. I was wrong. After buying the car, I started having issues and hearing sounds the car should not be making. As it turns out, there is several thousand dollars worth of repairs to make on the car for it to even be safe to drive. When I called by salesman, Owen, to discuss these issues with him he mentioned he would call me back after speaking to someone else. To his credit, he did. Unfortunately, it was only to tell me "We sell used cars. There's nothing we can do to help you." So I just purchased a $45,000 vehicle that isn't even safe to drive and this dealership will do absolutely nothing to help. I write this review to warn future buyers... do not purchase a vehicle from here until you have it inspected by a mechanic you are familiar with and trust. Unfortunately, Carolina Luxury Imports of Mooresville will be perfectly happy selling you something you will have to spend a lot of money on to even get back on the road. ** UPDATE ** I would like to update my review in response to CLI's reply. I enquired about the warranty and denied it based on the recommendation of my salesman, Owen. He mentioned that it would not benefit me. I was 100% honest with my review and seeing their reply further solidifies my beliefs that they will paint whatever picture they want to try and sell. Again, as I mentioned in my previous review this is 100% my fault and should have taken the care to get inspected. DO NOT take the word of this dealer that the car is roadworthy.

Absolutely they best guys to work with!!! I'm in Florida and was looking for a Range Rover Autobiography Black Addition. Saw this on a website in the Carolina's. I called and spoke to Justin. Justin delivered a beautiful vehicle! I didn’t even test drive it!!!!!I wasn’t there physically but Justing and the group came through! Very easy to work with and as a whole they have their stuff together. My children & I are very pleased. My test drive was a 2,000 + mile road trip...not a single issue! Fantastic group/company!!!
