After some previous bad experiences with Craigslist for used cars, I went online to Carr Chevrolet's inventory, which led me to meet with Jesus Martinez, salesperson, for a few test drives. After only a few, Jesus helped me find my gorgeous Metallic blue 2018 Chevrolet Equinox. Jesus worked his magic and I left with an amazing vehicle. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. I also want to give a shoutout to Dupre in finance, who made the paperwork side of things quick, clear, and painless. Everything was explained thoroughly, and the whole process felt transparent and easy to understand Shoutout as well to Tyler and Mike in the service department for helping me add a few upgrades to my truck, they made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. We went in with the exact car we wanted to buy online. Found a sales person and said we'd like to see and drive the specific car and we will have a deal if you hit our trade in number. It went back and forth once. Neither of us got what we wanted out of the trade however it ended up being fair for both of us. The only thing is I'd like to see better is it should not take 4 hours at a dealership to buy a car especially when you both agree to a DEAL within 15-30min. There has to be a better way to speed up the BUYING process. We were more than qualified so there should have been no delays just a clean action to the sale. I think with one so clean the MAX transaction time should be 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Overall great people and great experience. Highly recommend CARR if you are in the market.
