My ford escape was having issues where it would lock on its own, so I took it into ford. They called me and let me know that it was key pad related, so I just had them unplug the keypad. When I picked it up, the original issue was fixed, but they gave me back a message up key fob where the lock button itself didn't work and now the car unlocks itself continously when the keyfob is near. And not only that, they charged me the wrong invoice, too! Do yourself a favor and go to another ford dealership and avoid this one at all cost.

The inspection showed the brakes in the red but nobody discussed the inspection with me. I noticed this after paying for my works package. If they had discussed with me, I would have ask Carriage to repair & replace the worn parts. In stead I immediately took my car to local shop & got a full brake job at $940. Carriage missed out on a service job. I am thankful for the service guy pointing the out and disappointed that Carriage didn’t discuss options with me.

Drivers beware!! I was charged $180 for a diagnostic test at this dealership that you can get for free at AutoZone or O'Reilly's. They will not tell you about the charge prior to dropping the car off. Also, their diagnostic test is less thorough than the free one. It missed several codes that came back from the auto parts store. Also, the communication from staff is absolutely horrible. I had to call myself for all updates and it took 3 days to service my car. Prices are astronomical and they upcharge you for labor costs based on falsified time . DO NOT USE THIS DEALER FOR YOUR VEHICLE SERVICE NEEDS.

Probably the most honest dealership you will ever come to know. Mr. Book ran a tight ship and he never forgot that the customers happiness was most important to him. He installed that very same thought in his boys as they filled his shoes . Give them a try , you'll thank me later. Joseph Congine.
