Make sure you ask for the "Car"diologist, "Dr." Eric if you want someone helpful, patient, thorough and super-warm all through! :-) Eric is wonderful and knows exactly what he is doing. He went above and beyond, gave us a great pricing on our vehicle, worked with financing department to give us a great value on our trade in, and made it all so so smooth! I've never purchased a car this quickly! We went to test drive a vehicle and ended up driving it back home! Ha! The entire transaction (test driving, trading in, financing paperwork) lasted altogether about 2.5 hours! So seamless, and so so easy! I don't think I'll ever go to another dealership. Not just that, our post-sales experience has also been so good! We had a bunch of questions and Eric was super responsive and prompt, and even coordinated with Servicing to find all the right answers. I cannot recommend him and this dealership strongly enough!
