My mother purchased a vehicle from here back in July and after many months she finally received her title this week. I agreed to edit my original review and now that she has finally received her title I pulled my negative review but I’ll say this just run financing thru a bank and let them address getting the title then pay them off if you plan to pay cash, it takes the whole title situation off you and puts it in the hands of a lender even if you keep it with them for a month and pay it off. Thankful to have this debacle behind us and wish the best for Ben and his family.

I have the same story as a lot of other customers of the place. When I first talked with Ben he seemed very friendly. I bought a truck from him, paid the full amount with a check. He assured me I would have the title with in a couple of weeks. I bought this truck in Sept of 2025 and its almost 5 months and I have still yet to get a tag and title to this truck even though he quickly cashed my check for the truck. I have reached out several times and kept getting push off or some excuse as to why he can't get it. Now he is not even responding to any of my calls or txt. I will never ever do business with this guy again and would recommend no one else do business with this car lot. It seems like im just one of many who have had the same issue with this dealership.

DONT BUY FROM HERE. An investigation is underway after issues were found with vehicle title receipts from a used car dealership in Fayetteville, Tennessee. We purchased my son's truck in October and have still yet to get the title. Then we started seeing the news articles about their investigation. My husband just filed a formal police report and was told they are getting 3-5 police reports a day due to people not receiving their titles from this dealership at this point.

I gave a 3 star because i drove 2hrs on a Saturday to test drive a truck. During test drive it had a drivetrain vibration, they said they would fix it and call me. I never got that call so bought a truck elsewhere. The folks here very nice, great inventory.

Everything seemed friendly and fine, Ben assured the 22 Pacifica he was sending us was perfect and swore nothing was wrong. The sunroof doesn’t work and a very noticeable broken side mirror. You don’t have to lie to kick it Ben.
