Cars Unlimited Niagara

I do not normally write negative reviews and I did reach out to the dealership multiple times with no resolution. I recently purchased a BMW 440xi convertible from Cars Unlimited Niagara at the end of March 2026. The buying process itself was smooth — the dealings were good and communication was great right up until the sale was completed. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. Right after taking delivery, I discovered that the amplifier in the car was water‑damaged and not functioning. When I was test driving the car, I had the radio off so that I could hear the engine more so. I reported this to the dealership immediately, expecting at least some support, especially since I paid full price for the vehicle and also purchased an expensive warranty. I made it a very easy transaction for them. The car was also dirty in the rear seats and pillars, even though it was stated that it was detailed. Only afterward did I learn that the warranty didn’t cover electronics, and despite the issue being present at the time of sale, the dealership chose not to help in any way. I had to purchase an amp on my own cost ($800) and it was disappointing to see the level of service drop off so sharply once the transaction was done. I’m sharing this so others can be cautious and aware of what after‑sale support may look like here. If you are buying a car please check everything.

I had a great experience with Victor and Paige. This was my first time buying a vehicle based on financing, and it went so smoothly! I ended up purchasing a vehicle the same day as viewing - my work vehicle had broken down and I was on a time crunch. Victor was very patient and let me take my time looking at the vehicles I was interested in, and when I made my decision, Paige helped me fly through the financing details. I was in and out in probably about 2 hours, and picked up my new-to-me vehicle 2 days later with no complications! Very pleased with my Nissan Rogue. Thank you Cars Unlimited!

Paige and Victor were absolutely wonderful to work with. I purchased my vehicle right in the middle of exams, and as a working student, I was completely overwhelmed. They went above and beyond to accommodate me throughout the entire process. They worked around my schedule, communicated with me through text and email when I couldn’t come in, and were always kind and easy to talk to. When my insurance was taking forever to respond and release my payment, they were incredibly patient and understanding. They even offered advice and held the car for me until everything was sorted out, which meant so much given how stressful that situation was. The whole process ended up taking over a month due to my schedule and insurance delays, which I know isn’t typical for a dealership, but they never made me feel rushed or pressured. They remained supportive, respectful, and genuinely caring the entire time. They met every request I had, and made what could have been a really stressful experience feel manageable. I’m so grateful for their patience, flexibility, and kindness. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Victor is a king among men. Such a sincere gentleman who is a pleasure to deal with. He’s a professional who is thorough, keeps his word and takes it personally that the customer has a good experience. Paige was fantastic to deal with as well. Great communication and always friendly, polite and professional. Even though I bought a $14000 second family car, these folks treated me like royalty as if I was buying a $140000 car. In terms of the vehicle, there was full disclosure with no surprises. Victor ensured that any requests that I had were completed at delivery. The delivery was set within a reasonable time and the car was ready as promised. *User error* I mistakenly thought that something was wrong with the car after I bought it. Without hesitation Victor said “we will take care of it” and I had all the confidence that they would. I took it to shop he mentioned where it was tested thoroughly and promptly. And that experience was also great. Bottom line, don’t be sucked into the big chain dealers. Cars Unlimited is doing it right and I will definitely be back and recommend that anyone deals with them.
