She catered to my every need and made the process so easy. She did what most sales people will never do and just told me the honest truth. Her level of sales goes far beyond just being able to sell trucks. I can definetly see her selling luxury yachts or planes one day just based on her high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

I bought a practically new 2025 Ford Raptor from Hayden yesterday. The man had it delivered this morning, as promised. It was a pleasure to work with a straight forward sales team and find the truck of my dreams. Any concerns were addressed before the purchase, and I would certainly do business with them again.

Very shady business. Be very careful and do your due diligence before purchasing. They are COVERING up major issues with pretty trucks on nice wheels, big tires, and lifted. DONT BE DECEIVED WITH THE PRETTY TRUCK! Today is May 30 2026 and I flew in to Addison, TX from Memphis, TN on a one way trip thinking I was going to buy a beautiful truck and drive it home but man was I mistaken. It was the Red 2019 Ford F-350 Super Duty Lariat Crew Cab LB DRW 4WD priced at $46,220. I got up under the truck and did a thorough inspection of the truck and immediately recognized an oil leak under the oil pan. You can tell they tried to power wash and clean the truck but what they didn't account for is you cant hide oil leaks. Left side of the oil pan was totally clean while the right side was dark, indicating truck has been leaking for some time now. So then I test drove it for like 40 minutes and got back and the oil leak that they tried to hide was now dripping oil on this beautiful truck. To seal the motor completely would cost roughly $10,000 labor and materials. I told the guys hey you all have an oil leak and if you take $5,000 off the price i would consider still purchasing because my family has several diesel mechanics in it. They declined. Moral of the story dont be fooled by the pretty truck. This company is masking/covering serious engine issues with lifted, big tires, pretty trucks. Whoever is running the behind seen operations knows exactly whats going on. They buying pretty trucks with engine issues(high mileage) then marking them up $8,000 - $10,00 after putting $1500 tires and rims on it, and a $1000 leveling/lift kit. They running a diesel ponzi/lemon show. Absolutely beautiful trucks, but its gone bite you in the long run. Im telling you now. Be CAREFUL!!! Thank God I walked away and didn't buy off emotions, yes i wasted $800 in plane tickets and a $50 dollar carfax but i can guarantee that saved me a headache and several thousand dollars in hidden repairs.
