They went above and beyond to help me find a vehicle that was right for me. I didn’t have to jump through hoops and climb ladders when it came to the approval process, and that only took a few moments. I didn’t have anyone breathing down my neck trying to get me into just anything in order to make a sale. All of my questions were answered and my needs were met. They made sure that I was completely comfortable with the vehicles that I was test driving, even down to the cleanliness of the vehicle. My experience here was way better than my experience at the previous dealership where I received my prior vehicle. I WOULD HAPPILY RECOMMEND THESE CARSMARK!!!!!

Read the reviews before you go to this place!!! The owner likes to treat women like they know nothing about cars, and if you have an issue with your car he will scream at you like your his wife…. They sell people lemons and think it’s the best car around because you have no credit. Run far away from this place!!!

Christina was a great Salesperson to work with and Mark keeps great cars on the lot AND they offer great deals for their buyers. Great experience. I got a 2011 GMC Yukon. Vehicle is in great shape

Before you read through all the good reviews, just know this company is horrible. This has to be one of the worse dealerships I have ever worked with. They prey on people with no credit, assuming you don’t understand business or contracts. Albeit, yes, they go over the contracts, but unless you have a lawyer there to review every detail, you’re basically signing your life away — their only goal is to get you into a car, not to protect you. Their cars will leave you stranded on the side of the road. You turn them in for maintenance, and you’re left without a car. Sometimes they provide a rental, sometimes they don’t — and the rentals often have problems too. When they do inspect the vehicles, they don’t take responsibility for selling a bad car. If something goes wrong, they tell you that you should have “read your contract.” They try to counteract complaints by saying, “How can this car be a lemon if you’ve driven X number of miles?” but some issues are internal, like the PCM/TCM (computer system) or emissions problems — these aren’t just everyday wear-and-tear. I had to have my PCM/TCM replaced just to get my car to function, and I also experienced emissions problems, while other dealerships would never let a car like that be considered roadworthy. On a positive note, Ashley H. was the only decent employee I encountered. She was honest, upfront, and actually got results. I don’t know where she is now, but she should be the spokesperson for this business - Mostly everyone else needs to go back and take a course in business etiquette & customer service. When you call at certain times, they have attitudes, scoff while talking to you, and their only clear concern is when are you going to pay your next car payment. Whenever you email them, their response is always some version of ‘it’s nothing we can do’ or ‘you should have read your contract.’ They refuse to take any responsibility for the issues they cause. Running a business requires hospitality, quality, and remembering that customers are the ones supporting you. Yes, they have positive reviews, but a few good experiences don’t change the fact that many customers face major issues and poor service. Keeping customers satisfied should always be a priority. If Google allowed negative stars, I’d give them -5.

I’m thankful for their help. Christina helped me a lot and toke her time when I was having alot of trouble going back and fourth. They’re a big help and I would recommend anyone who’s unsure if they want to buy out right or switch their car up in a couple years I would recommend this place. You also have a option to pay at the end of your lease if you like your vehicle
