If I could give 0 stars I would, in a heartbeat. My partner and I flew out to Michigan with a promise that the car he was intending to buy was in perfect condition. When we got there we took the car to a nearby shop for them to do a full inspection. The car shop told us the car was in horrible condition, many things needed immediate work and it wasn’t safe to drive with the work that needed to be done. The total cost of work needed done on the car was quoted over $11,000. When we told the dealership this they proceeded to try and gaslight us and say disrespectful things about the character of the people at the repair shop. We had to spend multiple extra days in Michigan with no compensation for hotels and we had to advocate for a loaner in the mean time. Finally they told us the car wouldn’t be ready for a few more days because they were doing the exact work the repair shop said it needed. We flew home from Michigan and the car wasn’t ready for another WEEK. Then when the car was shipped to our house the delivery driver informed us that we needed to pay for the delivery because the dealership didn’t even though they said it was all taken care of. Next they did not send the title documents for OVER A MONTH after the car was delivered so we have been unable to get plates for the car. finally when the documents were sent the woman informed us that the plates were done however the dealership paid $200 less than what was due so she is unable to give them to us until they pay the correct fees. 2 MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE. They are SNAKES believe absolutely everything you read about this place

I’m gonna first say I’m extremely happy with my New 2016 Range Rover. Cars Now Usa are so Awesome!!! They made the car purchase for me and my wife super easy and it was no problem with getting us financed and the process was super smooth and one of the easiest car experience I have ever been apart of!! Joe & Jason!! Just wanna tell you guys from me and My wife we wanna say thank you for everything from the very first phone call to ask questions regarding the Range, all the way down to the final process, Joe really is a true professional. Great experience! I just purchased a vehicle 2 days ago and I love the truck, a little hiccup but they took care of it right away!! Whether your looking for luxury, vintage, or fast and furious they have it all! Go see Joe the sales manager awesome guy!!!

I see a pattern with these people. I received the vehicle with a slack front tire. I pumped it up and drove about 5 miles and the check engine light came on. When I purchased the vehicle the salesman said it came with a warranty but you actually purchase the warranty for $2,996.00. I contacted the dealership about the check engine light. He said you have a warranty. The problem is my mechanic doesn't deal with warranty companies so I asked for a refund immediately. It almost seems like they are the same people blaming each other about the refund. Finally after months of phone calls and e-mails I received a partial refund from the warranty company. Basically the dealership stole roughly $1600.00. I received less than 1/2 of what I paid and I never used it and I asked for a refund immediately. Now, the problems with the vehicle. It was so many different codes my mechanic started with the simple stuff first. Plugs, wires, coil packs, fuel injectors were all replaced. Light came back on in about 10 miles. Air condition stopped working in the summer. Mechanic found out the water pump was bad and the weep hole was leaking on the a/c compressor which shorted it out. So both had to be replaced. After all these parts were replaced the check engine light returned in 3 miles. Now the catalytic converter is bad and needs replacement. Then the alternator went bad which ended up killing the battery and just got that fixed. Hopefully, before anyone buys a vehicle from these people they will take heed. These guys are buying vehicles at auction and resetting the check engine light and selling a warranty with every vehicle. It is a major scam that should be illegal. If I could give a negative -5 I would.

🚨 BUYER BEWARE 🚨 My partner and I purchased a used Porsche Macan from this dealership, and it has been one of the worst consumer experiences we have ever had. First, after purchasing the car, it took an entire month for the dealership to deliver the vehicle. During that time we called almost every day and were constantly given the runaround with excuses and vague updates. Nothing actually happened until we contacted the financing company, who had to step in and pressure the dealership to release the vehicle. When the car finally arrived, we turned the car on ONE time and it immediately started smoking and became completely undriveable. This was the very first time the vehicle had been started after delivery. Joe and Jason initially told us the dealership would cover the repair costs. After making that promise, they backed out at the last minute, leaving us stuck with a car that doesn’t run. So now we are in the unbelievable position of making monthly payments on a vehicle that cannot be driven, while being told there is over $2,000 in additional work required just to make the car operational. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and expensive. The lack of accountability and follow-through has been shocking. Because of what happened, we have filed a formal complaint with the Michigan DMV regarding this transaction. If you are considering buying a car from this dealership, I strongly encourage you to think twice and do extensive research before handing over your money. No customer should have to go through what we are dealing with.
