Carson Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

Brought my 2022 Jeep Wagoneer in for three concerns , Bluetooth not pairing, 4WD not engaging, and abnormal air suspension messages. They charged me $735 and concluded nothing was wrong with any of them. When I calmly and respectfully mentioned filing a complaint with Stellantis because I was certain there were problems with my car, service advisor Brandi told me I was no longer welcome and rudely told me to pay and leave. I then took my vehicle to a Reno Jeep dealership the following week. Reno confirmed the 4WD issue and approved it under my CPO warranty that Carson refused to honor. My car is currently at the dealship with a whole transfercase being replaced! How did Carson didnt find anything wrong??? Carson charged $735 and found nothing. Reno confirmed everything and could easily DUPLICATE 4wd issue that Carson was not competent enough to be able to duplicate it. I have an active Stellantis case, an active credit card dispute regarding Carson’s charges, and extensive documentation supporting everything stated in this review, including dealership records, videos, and written communications. My issue is not simply disagreement. My issue is being charged $735 after documented vehicle concerns were dismissed, followed by management publicly attacking my character instead of professionally addressing the issues. Based on my experience, Reno Jeep was far more helpful and professional.

I can't say enough good things about the purchase of my new Jeep. Josh, was outstanding and was nice enough to delivery my unit to us in Folsom, I live in Galt, CA so that was very helpful. Nathan in F&I was also outstanding answered all questions I asked. Then the last guy was James the Sales MGR that was outstanding when I received a letter needing a Smog & Vin verified, he was so helpful .Before I bought this unit I had gone to a dealership in Folsom they couldn't work the deal which was CRAZY since I had 24K to put down oh well someone out a sale. ... This dealership made it happen and I am really happy with my new vehicle.. Thank you all

Scammy dealership that lies regularly. For example, I called about a particular truck and was told that it would sell out this week if I didn't buy today because "we sell through our whole inventory every 7-14 days." But you can look it up online. That truck has been sitting on the lot for 319 days. A very similar truck for 275 days. Another one for 267 days. I really am buying a truck but I'm definitely not buying it from these clowns.

Brought my Ram 3500 in for warranty repair and the service provided was excellent. BJ was the maintenance representative I dealt with and he was professional, knowledgeable and throughly explained the maintenance process. The work performed was excellent and completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend Carson Dodge. Thanks for the great service.
