I cannot recommend this dealership enough. I handled the entire deal over the phone with Mike. I drove two hours to get here, with an agreement on all the terms. There were no games or 'hidden' surprises. I was in and out in less than an hour with my new keys. Friendly staff and actually willing to wheel and deal. If you're driving from out of town, rest assured they will value your time! Thank you to Mike and all the staff of Carter County Dodge.

We came from Duncan Ok and it was well worth the 1 1/2 hour drive. Marcus was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable! From doing our trade to walking out in our brand new 2025 Jeep it was less than 3 hours. I would highly recommend them!

My husband and I are on the road from Texas to Idaho and the service engine light came on in our ecodiseal Ram truck. O'Reilly ran the code for us, told us the code was P2002 and advised us to go to dealership to get forced regen done. We called other dealerships and all were busy. Cater County Dodge was as well but was able to squeeze us in when we explained we were driving through. Tanner was very helped us and we were in and out in no time. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. If ever in Oklahoma and have issues we will definitely be back!

Very rude people I called up there 3 times and got hung up on and redirected about a recall on my vehicle. I have tried multiple times to call and schedule an appointment like it says to do on the recall paper. They told me to call my bank even though my car is payed off. Horrible customer service very rude and unprofessional. The First Lady I talked to, I got redirected back to her 3 times and none of those times could anyone actually help me and she hung up on me several times. 30 minutes on the phone and none one could help me schedule a appointment to get it fixed. Why work in customer service if they can’t service the customer in a polite tone?

I went to buy a Dodge and ended up getting a life coach, financial advisor, and part-time comedian all in one—shoutout to Michael McKinnie. I’m pretty sure he could sell sand to the desert, but instead he got me into a Dodge that I actually love. No pressure, no weird dealership games, just straight-up good vibes and somehow I left spending less than I expected (still trying to figure out how he pulled that off). If you’re thinking about buying a Dodge, do yourself a favor and go see Michael before he gets promoted to CEO or recruited by NASA for his negotiation skills.
