I requested carfax report for a vehicle listed on their website and even after multiple follow-up, no reply . Keep getting email from Sandra that someone will get back to me but no response after a week. Seems like they don’t want to sell vehicles . Other dealerships make carfax report public not sure why they have hidden it and made it inaccessible for anyone . When you request the report , there is no response from anyone . I hope someone from the management sees this and take required actions to make sure client emails are responded properly and not ignored .
