So I decided that did not want do review tell I had the truck for awhile I got from car times. I did buy a 2019 f250 6.7 liter power stroke was not the truck I was interested in buying I was look at 2015 king ranch. and 2012 king ranch. I did however end up with better deal and better truck then the ones I drove down to look at After I bought the truck th heater did not work. I need the heat bought the truck in December of 2025 it was little bit of a cold ride. Home But after call the car time let them about issue talk about the warrant I decided I would put a thermostat in. See that would take care of the issue but it did not. It end up being a blend door actuator heater work great between the two part it cost less then the warranty deductible would been. End of January took the drove the truck to Illinois and the key froze up could not get to turn had truck towed Ford dealer gave them warranty information I was expecting them to say the key would not be covered. But after the Ford dealer figured out the problem they called the warrant company. They covered it after Ford had to drill the lock and have a new key reporgramed warrant took care of minus the deductible. I bought the truck with 86000 I know put on the truck 10,000. Took the truck in to Ford to get the a/c looked. The A/c was not working properly found out it was low on freon. Recharged a)c blows ice cold now. That was not covered under the warranty. Ok that fine but what I did find out from the Ford dealer after they ran service history on the truck A new engine had be put in this truck at 75,000 reason that was listed there previous engine spun a lifter. Original owner decided to put a new engine in it so. So got pretty much new truck for the fraction of the price. Of new one. Very pleased with my experience with car times. Will definitely be look at what they have to offer for my next vehicle purchase. Only reason I gave a 4 star instead 5 star is due to only. They truck was not cleaned very well there was dog hair in back seats and Not having heat after I got the truck I do believe that is something they should have had check before. Selling the truck. But over all very pleased with the truck doing what I need it to do thank you car time and the team sales person that help make this possible.

The guys here are simply very friendly; they look for the best way to help you buy your new vehicle, and the service is friendly and efficient. They protect your personal information, and once it's no longer needed for your approval, they shred it right in front of you. That's excellent; it shows their transparency and integrity in everything! Unlike the dealership in Centerton, where the people are rude and don't like to help customers, especially when they're in a bad mood, and they don't even take the time to help you find what you're looking for. That place is awful and has a negative vibe; you get a bad feeling as soon as you walk in, especially from the Hispanic person who works there. He's foul-mouthed, has no manners, and is a terrible salesman.
