Review is for their Abingdon, VA location: How much it has cost to fix this junk they sold me so far (I can't remember the prices for a few parts I've had to grab so I'm only listing the prices I do remember. So technically the cost out of pocket for me is a little higher than this.) $2200 - New rear axle assembly $500 - Mechanic labor to put axle assembly on $85 - New driver side catalytic converter $414 - New brake pads, rotors, and calipers for all 4 wheels $40 - Mechanic labor to put on catalytic converter $400 - Mechanic labor for the initial work on the axle before finding out I need to replace the whole rear axle assembly. Total minimum cost so far = $3,639 They sold me a 2014 Nissan Frontier that wasnt even safe to drive home. Needed brake pads, rotors, and calipers on all 4 wheels. Rear differential was leaking all over driver rear tire. I have now had to barrow $2200 from a family member to replace the entire rear axle assembly on the truck. They charged me around $10,000 for this truck that was at most worth $5,000. It will cost me $414 to replace all 4 brake pads, rotors, and calipers and that with me doing the work myself to avoid labor cost. I think this might be the worst I've ever been screwed over financially by a purchase in my 35 years of life. Update: Have also found out the airbags don't work, the traction control isn't working, and the driver side catalytic converter needs replaced which I guess is part of the reason why the truck has only been getting 16 miles per gallon on gas. Also I asked the better business bureau to contact the dealership to negotiate getting some help with all these costs and they said the dealership never responded to them. I'm not sure if they sent emails they never got a response to or if they tried calling and no one answered the phone or what. They said all they can do is put down "business unresponsive" on their profile for them.

Just purchased a Mustang off of Rickey. He was very helpful and polite. I have never seen a car salesman like him before. Put me together a great deal, would do business with him again!
