Carville is laid out so flawlessly.. They have a layout that helps you fall in love with something before even sitting in the vehicle. Eye candy, if you will. Dason, my salesman, went above and beyond to help me feel confident about my purchase. Especially, for me, after having such a traumatic past experience with a different dealership. Dason, was amazing and very transparent, which made my whole car-buying experience easy and stress-free. The entire process was smooth with constant communication throughout my search. He answered all of my questions while I was researching this vehicle and never made me feel pressured. Honestly, he was so laid back that it helped me feel comfortable and trusting with this car lot. I can’t recommend Sam Ledford enough. For years he was the only person I trusted to work on my vehicles, and that trust was well earned. He’s always been incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and thorough with everything he does. Anytime I brought a vehicle in, he made sure all my maintenance needs were taken care of and never rushed the process. He always took the time to explain exactly what was going on, gave me all the information I needed to make the right decision, and patiently answered every question I had. That kind of transparency and professionalism is hard to find. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure customers are taken care of, he’s your guy.
