Casa Chevrolet of Prescott

I bought a new Chevy ZR2 over the weekend from Casa Chevrolet and the whole experience was excellent. The team was great to work with, straightforward, and had us in and out in record time. Easiest truck purchase I’ve ever made.

Recently I purchased a Chevy 1 ton truck from Casa in December of 2025. Some things did not work out correctly as promised by the sales person. The vehicle had been there quite awhile and was starting to get fustrated. Robin in the parts department had ordered some factory add on parts from Chevrolet, and kept getting delayed. After speaking to Anne Edwards my service advisor who I have been dealing with for 3 years, Robin in the parts department who I have dealt with for about a year, and Robert Manning the service manager who I have been dealing with for 7 years, they understood the issues. They spoke to Robby Hinshaw the General manager and came up with a plan to fix the problem. ALL FOUR OF THEM WENT ABOVE AND WAY BEYOND to make sure I was happy. Because of Anne Edwards, Robin in parts, Robert Manning, and Robby Hinshaw I will continue to purchase vehicles for my business and personal only from these people. I strongly recommend only dealing with these people as they are the best and make things happen. Thank you my friends. Also, if there is anything you are looking for, get with Robin in parts- he is the KING in finding what you want, and communicates EXTREMELY well with the service department. They are absolutely THE BEST.

Ann Edward's, and Dylon i am not sure of his last name. Extremely professional, their customer service is through the roof, patient, understanding. I can not say enough good about these 2. I have no doubt that the whole company is this good. Thank you both very much for the amazing experience, and for actually fixing my suv. I will not go anywhere else for any issues ever again. What a great Dealership, the personnel is what makes it great. Low key no pressure sales , Matt Sylvester sales answered all our questions explained all features, incentives available. Kicked it up to sales manager Guy Graham and he was very pleasant work to get us the best deal possible with absolutely no pressure, we feel like he provided us with a very good price. Matt in finance got us the best deal possible went over each option finding additional savings with available discounts options that lowered payment amount Stop in Ask for Matt in sales!
