Found a vehicle online and immediately we had great communication. This is our second time coming to HIM specifically to purchase a vehicle. He gets things done with lightning quickness. Most importantly, he listens to our needs, Isn't pushy and has and awesome energy to him. Since we purchased our first vehicle from him, he has been in contact with us. Checking in making sure that everything is running smoothly with our vehicle and makes sure we have everything we need. I have never experienced anything like this with another seller. Because we live four hours away, he was able to help us out this time by delivering the new vehicle, and since we were trading in our own, they drove it back up there. And this was all in the same day that we got our credit approved, right after 12. The truck was delivered by 6pm the same day and had a great experience with the delivery driver as well. My purchasing experience with Casa Auto Group began before Christmas at Casa Toyota. Sales representative Gavin Espinoza helped me with trying several different Toyota models so we could find the best fit for me and my wife. Gavin was consistent in providing information to me as we worked on options. I was able to bring my wife and our trade to the Fairgrounds event in Alamogordo a couple of weeks ago. We drove the RAV4 and we were delighted that we could continue to work with Gavin as we shopped The Honda CRV. My wife liked the CRV and Casa was able to find the car we wanted. Gavin was very helpful to us through out this process. Kudos to Gavin for his efforts and patience. Kudos also to the sales team at Casa.
