Pretty good experience! Was a little sketched at first but then realized they were legit and all very chill. HOWEVER It was weird that I was told on the phone the day before that the manager was driving the car around for personal use prior to me coming to look at it…. Is that normal? But it all worked out Not super pushy. Really just let me have my own experience with the car. And let me take it to my mechanic very easily. Brough it back. Bought it. Easy process. I felt as though they should’ve budged a tad lower due to the tuneup I was gonna need to do but I felt ok at the end of the day.

Edit: I wanted to be happy with my purchase from Cascade Motors. I noticed some cosmetic issues when I inspected it upon arrival but I was unaware of all of the issues this car has. Not only have I had numerous check engine lights because it wasn’t tuned for the parts the car had on it, I also have had to put over a quart of fluid in the power steering system since buying it a month ago.. the whole system takes less than I put it in. I noticed the power steering fluid around the reservoir when I inspected under the hood when I went to purchase it, but was reassured someone “over filled it and spilled” was why I was seeing fluid on the outside of the reservoir. I asked for a cold start video, but was never shown that the belts squeal every time you start it. Not only do I have issues with being pushed into a deposit that was non refundable, I feel that I don’t have a safe car to do gown the road, as I have to check the power steering fluid every day until I have time to tear it apart to fix it properly. To add to this, I never received the license plates after I paid licensing with my loan that I got for the car, until 9 days after the temporary plates they gave me expired. They offered to pay for temporary plates for me, only to reimburse me but in WA you can only get temp permit for 3 days at a time. With my work schedule it made it impossible to get this done. What was frustrating about this is I called the DOL and they had never even applied for the title transfer for me as they were supposed to. I had to call and ask why it hasn’t been done on Friday after my temp permit they gave me expired. I received my plates a week later.. Buyer Beware they are nice to get a sale but I wouldn’t trust them as a reputable shop if they let anyone purchase a car with so many obvious problems to a mechanic. Learn from my experience to bring a mechanic with you if you want to buy from this dealership. Original Review: Buying a 2015 STI from Cascade Motorsports in Portland was a great experience. From the moment that I found the car and sent an inquiry, to the professional follow up from Luke in sales, them sending me extra photos and videos of the car because I was 3 hour late away, it was a flawless experience. They worked great with the financing companies to get me approved with the best rate they could. I would definitely recommend Cascade Motorsports to anyone looking to buy a car in the future!

I made a long disantance purchase at Cascade Motors. Luke was great to work with, prompt with communication, they 100% facilitated taking the car to a shop I chose and paid for a pre-purchase inspection since I was far away. They negotiated fairly on their car for sale and took my trade seamlessly. Luke made sure all the paperwork was complete prior to my arrival so our time in the dealership was limited to the essentials so we could get on the road home. Great price on a beautiful car. Great people work with.

Luke was very helpful and kind when helping us pick out our new to us Subaru. And when an issues arose a week later, Jacob in the service department took amazing care of us. This dealership may be small, but sure is mighty. I will 100% recommend them personally to anyone looking for a used car. Thank you guys so much!! Had a great experience with Cascade Motors buying my Golf GTI. Staff was friendly with no pressure to buy anything. The lot/warehouse was very clean and professional. Worked with me through the whole process as it took several days to finish the buying process because of the bank and schedule not Cascade Motors. Thank you for that!
